    Why am I not receiving comfirmation emails?

    Not receiving any order confirmation email with payment instructions or tracking information? Please make sure to check your spam and junk folders. You may also have to whitelist our e-mail address. 

    Where can I view my sales receipt?

    To become a member of or buy from the Green House Cannabis Shop,  you do not need a doctor’s prescription! We require age verification, usually with a drivers license to ensure you are at least 19 years old and a resident of Canada.

    What products are available to customers in Green House Cannabis Shop?

    Everyone aged 19 years and older, can purchase dried cannabis flower, pre-rolls, seeds, edibles (soft chews, chocolates, cookies, mints, beverages), extracts (both ingestible {oils and capsules} and inhalable {vape cartridges, shatter, wax}), topicals (balms, bath products, lotions), and cannabis accessories at Green House Cannabis Shop and online.

    Is cannabis I buy in-store or online fresh?

    All cannabis flower is cured or dried to ideal levels by licensed producers before it is sold to customers. Products are kept in sealed packaging until purchased and efforts are made to maintain freshness at all times.

    What are indica, sativa, hybrid and high-CBD products?

    Generally known by its Latin name, Cannabis sativa, cannabis has historically been thought of as consisting of at least two types, indica and sativa, which are believed to differ in terms of places of origin, height, and leaf shape. Most strains today are hybrids, a genetic cross between indica and sativa plants. A high-CBD product, containing greater than four percent CBD by weight, may be either indica-dominant, sativa-dominant, or a hybrid.

    Will transporting packaged cannabis result in an odour?

    In its sealed original packaging, cannabis products should not result in an odour. Once opened or transferred to another container, consumers may find that their products have an aroma. Store cannabis products securely so that they can’t be accessed by children, teens, and pets.

    Who ensures the safety of the products in Green House Cannabis Stores?

    All cannabis products undergo laboratory testing at licensed testing facilities as per Health Canada safety standards. Approved non-medical cannabis products will be safely transported to the LDB’s warehouse by appropriately regulated transport agents before they are distributed to both the public and private retail stores.

    What’s a strain?

    Strains are different varieties of cannabis that each come with their own unique array of cannabinoids and terpenes. Different strains may result in a different experience, depending on a number of factors

    Why do amounts of THC and CBD in a product sometimes change?

    Total cannabinoids in a particular strain can differ slightly from one batch to the next, depending on a number of factors. It’s important to remember that cannabis is a plant and it is common for some variability to occur.

    How do I store my cannabis after I've purchased it?

    Store your cannabis in sealed container in a cool dark place, in a locked, child-proof container away from children, teens, and pets.

    SHIPPING & DELIVERY

    Are there any shipping restrictions?

    Products can only be shipped to an address within British Columbia, and recipients must have government-issued ID with proof of age to receive the order. Canada Post will not deliver vaporizers containing lithium ion batteries to approximately 20 BC postal codes that may require air freight.

    What is the cost of shipping?

    Shipping rates are offered at a flat fee of $15.00 + applicable taxes, per order. We also offer free shipping coupons for all orders over $300+

    How do I track my order?

    You will receive an order confirmation email with a tracking number and link to the tracking website we used to registered you products.

    What ID do I need to show to pick up my order?

    You must be 19 years or older with two pieces of ID, one of which must either be issued by a government agency, or include your name, birth date, and picture. The second must include an imprint of your name, signature, and/or picture.

    I've been sent the wrong product, what do I do?

    If you’ve been shipped the wrong product in error, it can be returned to any BC Cannabis Store or by connecting with our Customer Care Centre via our Contact page for an online return.

    How long does delivery take after my order has shipped?

    Once your order has shipped, it will take up to  *3 business days to receive your order with Canada Xpress Post.

    * Please note that, delays may happen that is far beyond our control that will delay your delivery

    When tracking your package, please look out for the status “Item out for Delivery”, as this will indicate the package has left the sorting facility and is on the way to

    How long until my order is shipped

    * Please be advised, the payment must be processed by our team in order to move it into the processing state for shipment the same day

    • The interact system can take up to 3 hours to direct your payment to the provided email address. Make sure to pay early to ensure that your payment is processed before 10AM.
    • Canada Post operates Monday to Friday only, so we do not ship packages out on the weekend. Feel free to make an order and pay as we will still be processing orders through the weekend.

    What exactly happens after ordering?

    Here is a step-by-step guide in placing your order with Green Society:

    1.) Shop Marijuana, Vape Pens & Cartridges, Edibles

    2.) Click on the desired product(s), choose your weight and quantity then click “Add to Cart”. You will then have the option to “View Cart” or “Continue Shopping”.

    3.) At the “View Cart” page; you can edit your order, apply coupons, redeem points and view shipping costs.

    4.) When you “Checkout” the order, you will receive an email with the payment instructions.
    Note: Partial payments are NOT accepted. Do not forget to include your PO# in the notes section when sending the Interac e-Transfer or Bitcoin

    • Please allow up to 24 hours for your payment to be processed. You will be notified by email of your order status and tracking information.

    How do I edit or cancel my order

    Editing My Order

    Once orders are placed, you are unable to edit orders yourselves. If you wish to add to change some items, you will need to create a new order and request the old order to be cancelled.

    Alternatively, your old order will cancel itself after 72 hours.

    Cancelling My Order

    If you wish to cancel your order, you will need to request the old order to be cancelled, or alternatively all unprocessed orders will be automatically cancelled after 72 hours.
